Thanks man, I’m really hoping you get your deer. I’m gonna check my arrow in a bit. Hoping to see some dark blood as well

Big buck passed about 80 yards, I tried everything to get him to turn down but he didn’t care. Hopefully he circles around.

It sucks, but, you are a bit ahead of most as you are well into the waiting period and have seen her several times to know where she is as to where she was. If you have the patience and means to do so you could always keep an eye on her while staying back, and when she is too down to get up from bucks pushing her sneak in for a follow up shot. I'm not really certain whether it is good or bad for the bucks to keep pushing her, good because it puts more stress on her, but bad because she can't stay in one bed/place.

Little forkie McForkerson here wants in on the action, 15 yards away. he’s looking straight at where I last saw her. But he is afraid Of the other spike in there with her. These little bucks are so lucky the rule is 3 points on one side.

Nothing this morning, but had one blow at me from behind me in the pines. Nice morning, much cooler.

Passed a 3 1/2 year old ten. He's going to be real nice if he makes it another year or two.

I've been hunting deer for around 40 years, and to this day it still flips me out how a whitetail can endure some of the injuries they get. That video of the buck walking past the cam with his whole shoulder/back opened up comes to mind!

Back Home had a doe fawn come in after I posted that " gibberish" post, which I fixed...lol Could have shot her a few times before the wind started swirling and her being up wind went to down wind and she spooked. Had it not been the swamp I would have taken her, you cant beat the taste of a young doe. With the swirling I decided to leave.
Quiet walk down until I hit stand area, tree dropped leaves and the grasses dried, rice crispy for 10 yrds.

I must have ticked off "sneaky Pete" next door because he left his camp. Either that or he got something. The walk back up the hill was interesting. Tired! But happily that cleared trail was loaded with deer tracks using it to travel the hill. Some really big tracks. A few fresh rubs at middle wet area. I made sure trail is in the center of the property.

Congrats to all you successful guys today....Good day to be in the woods which is where I'll after lunch.

Here is the arrow, covered tip to tail in gut content. Little traces of blood at the fletching and along the length of it. I’m backing out, I’ll form a game plan when I get back

It’s hard to see but that is all dried blood. Not sure if it’s dark enough to be liver or not
