    So,....

It poured rain mid-day yesterday here in Kentucky. The forecast showed a 100% chance of rain yesterday evening and this morning, so I decided to stay in those two sits.

Lying Weather Channel. It didn't rain yesterday evening or this morning.

I'll be headed back out this evening. I'm not going to rule out an evening doe today. If I get one I'll head home first thing in the morning. I need to get my stands hung in Missouri for the opener on Tuesday.

While I'm not ruling out an evening doe today, it'll have to be a slam dunk shot within 20 yards for me to risk it.

Hey LC did you have tactacam footage of your doe. I was just wondering how the video looks on those things. Do you use it while practicing to view your arrow flight?

I’ve never used my Tactacam to view arrow flight because if it’s mounted to the bow the shot vibration makes the pic blurry and you can’t tell at all where you hit or see how the arrow flies.

I haven’t been able to view the footage from yesterday’s doe because I didn’t bring a micro SD card adapter. It’ll have to wait until I get home.

I think I have a couple of old videos that I PM’d someone though.

I’ll see if I can find them using my phone.

20200913_155146.jpg I'm up and tied in the killing tree. Its hot today, I assume movement will be late. Wind is perfect out of the south west and steady at 10, if they come from across the road or the hill. Its bad if they come from where I usually hunt. Looking for a 100" 8pt or bigger. Good luck everyone!

I’m all set up for the PM sit.

I’m back in the T woods in the same tree.

Let’s see what happens. I’m hunting a pond but after the hard rain yesterday they may have all the water they need in the woods.

I did jump a doe out of the edge of the corn walking in, but that’s a good ways from here.

I wish I was out there, beautiful day here and I’m sure those does are out in the same spot they were the past two nights... I’ll kill one of them next Sunday!

All set up fellas, rain is flowing so the movement is slow. Gonna setup a blind in the morning for a doe hunt.
