    Just got moved and all setup in a doe bedding thicket and boom here comes a good 8, came in downwind checked the scrape. Stopped em at 33yds and hammered em 1/4ing away. Gonna give it an hour then recover!

    You using Hornady polymer tipped rounds?

    Worst blood trails I have ever seen on .35 Rem, .450 Bushmaster, and 30-06. Perfect heart and lungs shot placement, no expansion at all, exit wounds same size as entry; very little tissue trauma.

    I heart shot a doe with the .35 a few years back she dropped in sight at about 75 yards- not a drop of blood. Cousin killed a nice 3.5 yr old buck last season with 30-06, double lung very little blood and we bumped him out of bed 150 yards and 15 mins after the shot, took another round in the hip (hit bone) to put him down.
