    FT13...started out as usual for me...woke up at 1 a.m.....here I am still awake but now with an epic headache. So good luck guys, won't be out until I manage a little sleep and less vise grip on knoggin.

    Got in about 25 minutes ago but probably 25 minutes to late. Some deer near my stand trotted off. It wasn't in a big hurry. Will see if it comes back. Good luck am crew.

    Well I got in nice and silent, the idiot that tried to walk in with 15 minutes to daylight without a headlamp sounded like an elephant coming to 50 yards... hit him with the light her turned around, think he ended up setting up on the other side of me about 100 yards away.... then just saw a guy walking behind me with his climber... so 40 minutes into daylight snd I’ve had 3 hunters making noise within 100 yards of me... I’ve been silent on stand since an hour before light... looks like I will be heading to work around 9 lol needless to say I’ll be on private land in MD tomorrow

    Good luck out there today folks! With this new moon approaching you guys should be keeping me busy.

    I didn't go out this morning. Instead, I put my son in the stand I was in yesterday so he might get a shot at his first bow buck. He's having the best hunt of his life. Not only did he get his first bow kill a few days ago but he smacked a nice doe last night.

    So whats up this year? Trickle rut, Last full moon night rut, rut hasn't really kicked in? I got here late yesterday afternoon so I went to the corn piece and just watched for an hour. I saw 10-12 Doe, feeding like it was early season. No Bucks. No chasing. Over the last three weeks I've seen some very fleeting chasing. Extreme hit or miss. Just very weird.
