**** I just had a buck walking in, I went to stand up and he picked me off as I went to stand up. He stopped, stared in my direction and blew once then took off. Guess I got a little too excited. Didn’t get a great look at the size but wow that’s a bummer. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Dead here save squirrel, redtail hawk, Jays ,and a cow that sounds like a buck grunting! Hubby has Mr running errands today. Need to leave soon to get back for and evening sit, plus need to reopen the ridge trail on the way out..hoping to need Gator in there sometime, though my luck ...hhhmmm Hey one of the hardest things to hunt here are mature doe...So I'm OK with the season having gotten one.
Going to give it until 10 and find a tree to climb. Probably in same area I am now. I’m just down wind of doe bedding
Just had a lone yearling walk through at about 100 yards. That thing better be careful because I am starting to get hungry. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
The wind shifted so I got down and went to another stand. So far I've only seen that small 6 this morning Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
Slow morning, had a spike so far. Moon says 8:25 is the am major, never seen any correlation to that though.
As I was typing, this little dude walked 10 yards infront of me. Where’s the big one at?! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I was going to go out this AM but the wife wanted me to wait until my son could go with me after my fall last week. He is finalizing classes from Mizzou to graduate in December. He has an online test and then I hope we are headed out this evening! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
