And now a bizarro squirrel. Booner sized, with a black head coloration. Thought it was a racoon at first... 20201107_113647.jpeg

Second turtle... So, are magnus stingers better for turtles or a judo point?

We are done with the morning sit. Nothing for us. Very surprising for this spot. With a 4 am wake up, my son made to 10:30 before nodding off. We may try to find a brand new spot for the rest of the day.

For crying out loud, likes to everyone , hitting like button cramped my finger!
I'm out, I don't wear T shirts and ma nature called.
Good thing I nearly fell asleep 4 x's, that falling bam! wake up thing, seriuosly not fun in a tree. Yes harnessed up. So I could hear grunting and running all in the woods infront of me. No calling them in and they were in up wind of me. Crazy tracks all over my tire tracks from when I came down to fix stand. Needsless to say I scuffed my feet half way to the car on next road over. Have a feeling I made a frew guys mad this a.m. Which is why I parked on the road. Besides didn't want to wake nieghbors on drive at 5a.m.
I asked hubby when he saw the buck and as I figured from this morning it was early afternoon.
I need to get warm weather stuff at house done and the guys are going in tomorrow to fix the rest of their stands. Right where all that action was this morning. So that will need time to breath.
Once again had a great time, got pretty good at ducking chickadees, man they come in fast before banking .lol....my 40 #s of ice was wishful thinking, though in freezer for another day.....

Gotta say I'm surprised by the lack of kills here, but at least I wasn't the only one not seeing real activity. Weird. Me and my youngest are headed to the ground blind at my buddy's place later. He sent a pic a minute ago of a nice buck tending a doe last night 80 yards from my blind that sits over some brassica. Could be interesting.

I had the same scenario last time I was out. What I finally learned was an armadillo not giving a crap about being loud, sounds incredibly similar to a deer trying to be quiet?

I’m out. Was going to do an all day sit, but since I saw nothing, and was invited to a Biden election win party, I’m going there!

Right there with you... was starting to think I was the only crazy one sitting all day in this weather, I’ve still got another 1.5-2 hours till I think they will be moving again but hey it’s November anything can happen
