    Well no deer sighting for me last evening while in the stand. There were a few in the field when I was heading out but nothing to get excited about. I did however get a second picture of what I believe is the buck I hit 2 saturdays ago and never found. Pic is from about 150 yards from stand i shot Him from. Good to know he’s alive and well TOUGH SOB!!! Now I just hope he doesn’t get shot by someone else and survives until next season.

    All setup. 1/2 hour till legal shooting light. Sweat like a pig on the walk in. Ran into a porcupine, we both went our separate ways. It’s November 5th....let’s put some bucks on the ground boys, and OND!!

    Good luck today guys. I’ve been so busy with work I’m just hunting through you guys. Today and tomorrow I’m grinding it out here but then I start my 9 days off. Won’t be able to hunt them all but the majority.

    Didn't see deer last night at the river. Did see a coyote but couldn't get a shot. Going to switch property today and hunt the family farm. Can't go this am due to the arrival of my new grandson. Need to take care of somethings in preparation of them getting out of the hospital latter this afternoon. Off to the grocery store to pick up supplies to cook up several meals for them this morning. Will have veggie soup and beef and noodles done by noon. Wife will be delivering them about the time I head out to the farm.

    Probably won't have service this afternoon where I'm hunting. I call it the devil's walking cane holler.
