Nothing yet for me. Snow has stopped, sun is out now, warming up the valley. Time to catch a buck cruising!

Well holy hell that was intense, the grunting I heard earlier started up again. It was my number 1 harassing a doe and fawn. Had him at 30 with no shot... Then two other young bucks started harassing several other doe and fawns. Damn that was close, I still think there is a chance that he will be back later

That spot is 100 miles from here. Haha. Wish I could hunt up there a lot more but I have to keep scouting here and make it happen.

Got my vote in, showed up 15min, was done 6 min after the polls open; I feel like a real American.
Going to "work" today, then try and get in the woods, may either get into the cedars or sit on a huge scrape/oak tree and see what moves through there, damn time change has cut my walk in time down.

Late start for me this morning. I just got done climbing in my stand and was fumbling around in my pack when I noticed a lone doe to my west 40 yards away and closing. Grabbed my bow and when she got to about 20 I let an arrow fly. Think the shot was a little high and back so going to give her plenty of time.

Text from my cousin who is about 500 yards from me- Apparently as of 20 minutes ago there was a doe and two fawns on a dead run straight towards me.

No deer seen by me. Harrumph.

Jays just started yammering a bit though.

High and back probably better than low and back. Still lungs, liver, and kidneys up there.

Give her several hours if you can.
