The few pieces I have are very good and I've got my eye on a few other pieces. I had been pretty Gung ho on first lite as the wool is warm and quiet, but wears, and is not as good when wind and heavy precip are added... Since sitka is a laminated & bonded goretex, it does well in these conditions.

Been set up for a little while,. 36 degrees
    Wind WSW 6mph

Had 2 doe and a fawn come running down past 40-45 yards away. The weather from yesterday. High winds and the snow knocked down a lot of leaves. Opened up the woods wow now I can see more than 50-70 yards out. Oh where oh where r u Mr Buck.

Ps. All kinds of does out on the drive down here. No bucks. Hmmmmmm

Might have another hunter moving around with those does running. No one else archery hunts where I am at. Turkey is in season but don't hear any calling. Hmmmmmm

Forgot to tell you guys this...yesterday I shot my doe with my pull rope still attached. First time ever. Haha

And Joe's pic with the bear. My mind was so amped up about that bear and gutting that doe that when I saw that photoshopped bear pic my mind said "holy s that bear was behind me when I was taking pics!" for like .25 secs. Enough for a large adrenalin dump.

Yep, windy here as well! I'm waiting a few hours before I hit the woods, it should die down some as the day progresses. I just don't enjoy myself when everything is moving and you can't hear anything. We're getting 25+mph wind.

I thought for sure he would get involved here, I hope things are OK with him. He's a good guy.

Haven’t posted in awhile... Been occupied trying to kill. Hasn’t worked out yet.

Rattled in an 9 point this morning. Had some random chasing going on in the dark that seemed to subside pretty quickly... and had a buck jogging across a field. It’s been eventful morning so far.

    Good luck you all’

Dead calm. Going to have to be super stealthy with any movement with deer in the area.

Squirrel City in here. There's an owl in the tree 5 yards from me and these squirrels DGAF.

Reached for my bow 3x already only to have it be a tree rat.

I know better, I rushed my shot,
    Thx @oldnotdead

Your right it wasn't my target buck

    But it was coyote fever.

Even a semi experience Archer gets the fever.

Hmmmm. I've had 2 chances at coyotes over the years and both ended up with a swing and a miss. Hmmmmmmm
