    Vote first thing hunt rest of day...winds are calming down for afternoon/ evening hunt. I have not seen a buck on stand since opening and only two on cams some time ago. Did find that one bed though ...lets hope winds didn't ruin stand.

    Just over 19 hours until my rutcation commences.

    Been reading through some past LFTS threads getting my chit together mentally, just can't get myself into it this year for some reason.

    That said, take the next day or two to replace them batteries in the wireless mouse and keyboard, oil that F5 button up real good because chits about to get real in this thread.

    20 pages a day is just around the corner, miss an hour or two and you'll be playing catch up the rest of the day.

    Not even 2020 can stop us from the bloodshed that is about to commence.

    Lets collectively put 2,000 inches of antler on the ground by Thanksgiving. I'm good for 50, hopefully :lol:

    I'll be voting tomorrow after work, I'm actually curious to see if there is a line this year. Just a small church 2 blocks from home, never had to wait before. Get home, load up the 4 wheeler and wash a couple scent free towels for seat cover and shower, put bow and clothing blocking door as to not forget and I'll be out there Wed. morning.


    This concludes my political posting in the LFTS thread.

    My plan is to be on stand at least an hour before first light, sit until 8:00, get down and back to camp, drive home, pick up the wife and head to town to vote.

    I’ll be back to camp in plenty of time for the pm sit.

    If I do happen to kill one my son in law will skin, quarter it and get it on ice.

    Earliest archery mature buck kill, Nov. 5th 2011. Latest mature archery buck kill, Nov. 14th, 2019.

    Unless I kill first or last day that doesn't change but I have it covered just in case. Best date on stand for me is Nov. 7th

    The "neighbor" sounds like a real ass hat. He probably bought that property for ease of access and how dare anyone else use it.

    I know what i would do but it would tend to put me in jail.
