When you either pick or move stands for reception is the final straw. Some days it isn't justified, but some days it is needed just to keep you in a stand all day...

    I'm awake.
Wind is whipping and it's raining.
Back to bed, putting Whitetail Habitat Solutions on the TV hopefully that puts me back to sleep.

Good luck to anyone out today. If you live in the Midwest, you might just get blown out of your tree! 40mph winds all day.

Geeeeez, missed two days and had to catch up on 450 posts! I’ll be out tomorrow morning after a doe. Today I’m just going to recover from Friday and Saturday beers. Not feeling to bad yet, maybe I cheated the hangover this weekend. I present to you, my best joe exotic attempt....

Just like Lancaster. I only went once, but a joy to meet some of you in person.

If any of you would like to fish for walleye on the Detroit River in April or May, message me. It's the most incredible walleye fishery in the world.

Just woke up an hour ago. Wind is horrible here. I hosted a Halloween shindig last night so let’s just say it was me vs the bonfire in the end and the fire won. Damn time change sucks too. Why can’t we follow suit with Indiana and just leave the dang time sprung fwd. Gonna get my gear loaded up and head to some public an hour south of me. Might go ghillie with this wind and still hunt
