Seen 2 deer, spike and unknown. Been quiet since. I figure 1-3 or 2-4 should get busy. Bucks here are definitely chasing and I know the Does are here. Ill shoot one of them today as well, since I saw 12 yesterday.

Well guys I didn’t check in and I didn’t get on here becuse once I made the shot my brother Ron law shot on too so I backed out early went we found his came back to my property and found mine. I got buck fever and shot a smaller buck but I loved doing it and will be a day I never forget. How often do you double up on bucks with your hunting buddy Image1604162235.178232.jpg

Well no buck for me. Looked for 4 hours and absolutely no sign of him any where. Probably walked 10 miles today just grid searching every thicket I could find. Time to start all over

Wind switched from NE to SE so I moved with the wind gusts. Rolled around to the back of the bedding and it looks great...except a guy put up a fixer stand back here. Regs say you have to put your name on them and take them down yearly. Looks fairly new but no name. This is my best bedding area...never seen anyone around it. I guess all good things get messed up every now and then.

Up for the Last 6 hrs. Sleep is for the weak....I will however, rest.

So are the deer you saw earlier in the bedding now? Or just out cruising?

I just jumped the small 6 from bedding. He was up here waiting for anything to come through. I like my spot minus this eyesore of a perm stand.
