    Good luck on the track job! Hit one like that a few years ago. It was nice and cold so we gave him a good 5-6 hours and he was dead in his first bed about 90 yards from the shot.

    He was hurting bad. He didn't want to walk and would only go about 10 yards at a time. Couple times he would back step. The blood was running down his leg. Just hoping I punched thru enough to get both lungs.

    It definitely was stuck in him, not just stuck in shoulder. I would say min of 4 inches, but probably more. He either nock the arrow out or broke it off when he did that quick little 20 yard run.
