    Just got back from morning sit. Bumped at least 3 before I got in stand, my son saw 2 at about 6:30, legal light was 6:51! Hope to go back this evening.

    Hey, not as bad as I expected. 40 MPH with a high of 38 will feel like 24. Getting into the cedars should knock the wind back a good deal as well.

    Well, we did let Joe join. There was some early discussion about rejecting his acceptance into the club over concerns that saddle would be all he was wearing in his selfies.

    Back at home now didn't see anything heard some trashing but it was thick where it came from. Called to it , nothing had blue jays out site squawking, called to it nothing I did some light rattling first thing this morning nothing. I threw the kitchen sink at them and nothing. This a afternoon will be different. It can't get any worse. Well I hope not.

    Good luck pmers. I'll be back out soon too.

    ugh...now they are calling for a North wind for tomorrow with it switching to a sounthwind around 1pm. Not sure the bucks will be cruising the ridge I've been dreaming about hunting with a north wind. Hmmm...
