    Just had something come right under me bleating over and over. Havent heard anything like that before. Sounded like a fawn but couldn’t see yet. Mom probably getting chased around.

    I said all that in last post, look out kitcen window to were all those mature buck had been hanging out just as velvet dropped. There is a big white pickup parked RIght there. ALL this rain I have no clue how they got there. Ground is saturated. Gee wonder why I'm not seeing anything...lol
    Guys wondering and driving their lands..and apparently mine too, below and hunting lease doing thw same on the upper side. 4 wheelers tearing around in the middle of the night. You'd think these " hunters " were antis...lol

    Well it's their leases and lands, other than the nimrod Im dealing with. They are all hunters I just don't get it. The white truck on lease, they have cams right there Ive watched them walk through the corner to check them. They should know better they're all long time hunters. I just mail grandsons Halloween card and it's pouring out.
    Maybe they think the deer can't see the big white crewcab sitting in their crossing..lol

    Headed south, should be in the blind by 3, its going to be raining hard.. Will do all day sits Saturday and Sunday, heavy rain is going to stop, temps going to drop, full moon, pre rut chasing should be in full swing. Plan on doing a bunch of grunting, rattling and extras bleats. We will see what happens. Good luck everyone!

    Oh guys..how to find out who is watching and who is not...maybe...
    Descibe the place and the truck and 5 mins later it's gone...hhhmmm
    Just got a call the lease behind me took one of the big bucks ( WW field) not sure when, but told NOT one of the big 12 pts. One hunter down for sure before full rut √.

    Back at the house. Started to feel bad for the little fawn. Would leave and come back every 10-15 minutes. Non stop bleating.

    I will be back in there this afternoon. There is just so much sign there that I don’t want to leave. The corner of the corn field there also makes me want to stay. Supposed to get real windy Saturday and Sunday. I’ll likely move the set to the north swamp for this coming week. Been over hunting the spot I’m in, but when there is sign like there is in there and you’ve seen chasing/seeking twice in the last 4 sits I think I gotta keep at it.
