I am actually happy about that. I want to check out some new public areas in the vicinity of my deer camp as both private and public has been massacred by logging in my traditional areas. Will allow me to sleep in till light and cruise a bit in the new areas with the saddle gear.

    Bruh.

LOL, had no idea. They’ve been around a long time but really seem to be hot all of the sudden.
I don’t know, the thought of all of those ropes, carabiners, knots, stirrups, lassos, chaps, knee pads and horses sound like too much of a hassle!

I don't have kids, have a little disposable income, a somewhat understanding wife and get a lot of earned leave.

    Schwing!

All settled in, got in here absolutely silent, didn’t bump anything that I saw or heard, not that I could hear something with the wet leaves, got about an hour until first light, high hopes for a big buck coming to freshen up this scrape just inside the bedding area!!! Good luck to those who are out!!

My insecurity is on my ability to master said gear. I hope the my reaction speed make up for my dexterity... Except gravity.

I also have other toys to buy.

Day 3 of my trying to get my buddy a deer. Yesterday he had a doe at 50...hoping this morning goes well for him. I dropped him off and scouted my way using a map. Found a little brushy spot low on the hill and rubs around it...and a big buck bed in it.

Good luck. I have a crazy set up.I'm only 10 ft off the ground bc this is the only tree to shoot to it. Boom or bust!
