I'll be back on stand tomorrow afternoon. I still have to do the grind on two of the three does I brought home from Kentucky, but that won't take but about an hour in the morning. I'll be hunting here on my home property to start and I won't shoot another doe here until I've either killed a buck or the rut has come and gone. On the 2nd of November my son will get here from Virginia and we will be headed to Mark Twain National Forest for around 2 1/2 weeks of hunting. I may or may not shoot a doe there on public land, but I'd rather not. I'm good on does for the time being. Actually, I'm kind of sick of them. Then again, I am kind of trigger happy. Maybe I just like killing deer. While we're in Mark Twain National Forest I will most likely be joined there by my son in law and two members of the forums here. I won't put their names out here but if they see this and they are so inclined they are welcome to chime in. The next few weeks should be a lot of fun.
