    Excited for this morning hunt. Only my second sit on this property of the season and the first was on the 3rd - that was a great hunt. 30 degrees this morning - it could be a fun morning. Going to drink this coffee here and hit the road in about an hour!

    34 degrees! Clear and no moon with hardly any breeze makes sneaking in a challenge. That last 100 yards is gonna be brutal, but feels like a great morning to be there. Good luck Twitch and everybody else out.

    Yes last Sunday had a strong east wind. Where I am hunting is ag country and cover is much less there, can not fight the wind. This week much more of the crops out, corn is about 65% of the cover there.

    All set up. It was a disaster and I swear this bow rope is possessed. I don’t know how a rope can get so damn tangled so quick. I’m not in the tree I shot a buck(didn’t recover) out of last year. I thought it was it until I got up in it. So, hoping for some luck this morning.

    Abandoned pull ropes many moons ago. Invested in a nice hunting pack and I attach the bow to the bag and carry it up. Way less trouble and not a safety issue.
