My wife is having her first infusion today so I am live from the hospital. I have 4-6 hours to sit here and watch you all hunt. Please somebody make a blood trail.

edit: I brought my laptop and she told me I have Zero dollars to spend on hunting supplies

Damn just lost everything I typed... So saw no deer, thought I heard young buck, in the house because a blk cat came out of no where to walk under my stand. Superstitious and that wouldn't vacate my brain. So pulled cards on way out. a party late afternoon and all night. big doe ,a big bob cat, skunk the neighbors orange cat and this guy on the 12th. so I know something survived the opening week end. May do a mid day and afternoon hunt.
    Good luck guys...
    Ps

gals are included in my "guys"

I have to dig a hole to get out of a hole so I can start killing deers for a month which will put me back in a hole that will take me 9 months to get out of.

    Rinse, repeat.

I want to like and dislike this post.

Hope everything goes well for the wife. And for you when she finds out you were surfing Field Supply, Camofire, and Amazon.

Jim - this photo is 2 minutes from the new Menards! She's likely in the apartments to the north and my property is just to the south. If you find yourself down this way during hunting season give me a shout and we can go hunt one of my properties. If not hunting season - let me know and we can grab lunch! Born and raised here - never left.

Just had a doe come in acting really squirley. She would run around and then stop and do it again. Finally she ran off in the opposite direction. I kept watching that spot and in about a minute a small gnarley racked buck came in. He was never closer than about 50yds and I wouldn't have shot him anyway. Good to see some movement this morning though
