    Just able to see to shoot, heard deer moving about 60-70 yards to my south this morning already couldn't see them to dark.

    Trk temp said 31 degree weather app says 40 now. Did have a frost.

    Winds 4 out if SSW
    Did a light rattle sequence

    We shall see

    Live from the commute: Almost smoked a 140" 10 point with the Jeep. Crossing from beans to cover at 6:55.

    Itll be a miracle if I see or hear a deer in here. Soaking wet ground, no leaf drop, and moisture and acorns dropping all over. I feel like a needle in a haystack.

    I've got a doe feeding past me at about 75 yards. It doesn't appear that she's gonna come closer but we'll see

    Do you live in or near Terre Haute? My youngest daughter lives there. She lives out near the new Menards they just built. I always thought if I were going to leave this part of Indiana, I'd move there. I love the countryside around there.

    Lone bird got to 30. Took him a long time to move 50 yds. No shot..he worked off into the pines. Finally felt like I was hunting this year.
