The orange clashes with your outfit, but you won't lose it. Should work well.

I sewed a retractable net holder, used for fly fishing, to my harness on my right side. It is just below my shoulder and always out of the way but accessable when I want to use it real quick.

LittleChief, are you back in Missouri? If so, I am wondering how they are moving in the cold this morning.

It ended up being an alright morning yesterday, some deer started moving around 10AM, no shooters came through but saw a couple smaller bucks and a few does. Overall it was a great opening weekend. I hunt at my grandparents farm, so I spent the afternoon getting chores done around the farm for them and hung another stand, I think it'll be a killer afternoon stand once the pre-rut kicks in. Congrats to all those that have killed! This thread has kept me sane for the last month waiting to get out there!

3 does and 3 fawns came through outta range. I hit them with a doe grunt. I could tell the lead doe wanted to come check it out bad but ended up not doing so. Just happy I wasn’t winded for doing it lol. Still really early.

Yes, I’m back in Missouri and they aren’t moving at all. At least not here. I wonder if the neighbor stomping all through their bedding area while scouting really messed this spot up.

I proven myself to be too clumsy with a rangefinder to be carrying a camo one. Orange on purpose because I am klutz. :busted::lmao2:

Jim, I started using this site on my browser a year or so ago when Tapatalk started acting up. It is MUCH easier on your phone's battery as well through the browser.
