Unknown deer about 60 yards away on other side of bedding thicket. Just caught a glimpse of legs walking the treeline.

You’ll get no hate from me. If I can get into the stand I want this evening I will be bringing mine. Good luck Jim!

What a morning so far! 6 deer total 2 unidentifiable right at first light about 40 yards, then 10 minutes later a button snd spike came right under my stand, then a little later I catch movement behind me heres a buck at 36-40 in the thick stuff couldn’t tell what he was, and there was another deer with him. That was about an hour ago. 30 minutes ago I started typing this snd heard leaves behind me, different spike mills around right under the stand for 20 minutes snd has now bedded at 5 yards looking my way for the past 10 minutes, can barely move hope he gets up soon 62342133689__DC002C75-29F6-4DA2-9366-272305A08F66.JPG

It is a doe, maybe with a fawn. If the bed in this thicket, I am between them and the creek when they get thirsty.

He is a good one. We have three years of history with him now and we have never gotten a daytime pic of him.

And I'm no saddle hunter. Buckle up. Apparently a feature of the BH app is let you take pics portrait but post them landscape.

You'd probably be more comfortable if you weren't sitting sideways.

Twin fawns at 2yds, very cool. Momma stoop 15yds back in the thicket. Squirrel just about jumped on her head and she blew up. She's still milling around, but is all sketchy.

Sounds like it's a great morning to be out. Someone needs to kill something.
