    Dang folks.

    None of the deer came close enough to give me a shot but by time to climb down there were over 25 deer feeding out there.

    I even managed to sneak by them without blowing them out.

    Good Lord that was a great sit.

    I stand corrected, I was so focused on Michigan’s opening week which is Tuesday I got my weekends mixed up. Opening day here on Tuesday is a high of 84 but by Thursday/Friday it will be a high of 63

    Pond might be a good sit area early week before the big front moves through.

    Highs around 90 here Monday and Tuesday, highs in the 60's following. May get a sit in next Sunday if it holds through the weekend.

    Hunting different this year, riding the 4 wheeler to and from stand/truck.


    Feeling some lone wolf run and gun(shouldn't it be run and arrow?) Sits happening this year.

    I've got 2 lonewolfs and an XOP, can always leave one if I like it and bring another next hunt.

    My only hope is the neighboring hunters show as much respect for my uncle now as when he was still living. Never had to lock anything up.
