Not a thing. I pulled out. When to another area and immediately ran into 3 big doe. Found a lot of tracks and buck sign as well. It's almost like a small draw loaded with oaks and the ground is covered in acorns. You know I will be in a stand nearby this evening.

Last time this happened to me many years ago I ended up buying a sweet garmin that night. I remember that little bit of panic. This was before all the assistance we have on our phones now.

Fyi for you guys, Roger's sporting goods is having a sale. I tried to work a link to the actual flier but it no work. Looked like a lot of good stuff like half off and shipping is free for order over 100 bucks. Ya know if you're in the market for whitetail gear or whatever.

Well guys, I was out for a short time this morning but had to get down and scramble to Jonesboro, AR for a family emergency and I won't be back out for a few sits.

Good luck to everyone who is hunting and enjoy the break from the hot weather.

Either snake or turtle, but I would bet turtle. Snake eggs are oval and turtle eggs are round.

    Those do look pretty round.
