    Congrats on the buck Shane! To me it’s all about the hunt and putting food on the table. I too have limited sits per year and take any chance I get to kill a deer. Good luck filling your next tag.

    This is area will be looking for that buck. Red line is roughly where tracked across field, and that block of timber is where search will start in morning. Where it goes from light tanish green to draker green is the fence he jumped and the neighbors. But I basically have access to anywhere on pic. If go to the left of that timber where line of trees are that's a creek, hopefully won't need it but beyond that is ag fields.

    Furnace needed to be reset? Idk I’ll call my landlord in a few hours. Heat is on again. Kind of feel like **** leaving...but what can I do? The heat is on for now.

    What's your guy's thoughts on mid day movement after the big bright moon on the snow we had last night. I'm leaning towards a noon to dark sit today at the farm. In years past and have had good luck on this scenario from 1 to 3 pm for buck movement.

    So long as you have the heat back on, you an make the case for your wife not to kill you. Give the super a call / text to check it out and you hopefully you live to hunt another day.

    Forgot my phone at the house yesterday so no LFTS for me. Grace and I Had a a doe at 100, then one at 60, then a 6pt at 100 but he wouldnt come in. So at 15 min left I grunted at him and he turned around and walked away.

    Back out for the last sit with the kids this AM. James up in the ground blind. Buddy heater will be in order, 19 degrees here and the wind is still going at 10mph.
