    You got this. Some times its hard to see the sign that's right in front of you when your adrenaline is going. Take your time and slow down. The tracks and blood will be there. Good luck on the track!

    Nothing wrong with that buck, I've shot smaller and sure I will again.

    Doesn't matter how big or small the animal is, once you commit to killing it the adrenaline and rush begins. If it ever stops that is when I'll hang it up for good.

    Congrats again, and holy crap, think I see a grey hair..... :lol:

    High hit, no exit, you'll probably find spray before the blood trail opens up. Look higher up on growth as well, sounds like a dead deer, go in with the confidence of that and you'll find him.

    I hunt because I love to hunt. I hope I don't pressure people to pass on deer they would be happy with.

    Oh to be from the midwest and think of that as passable because it is too small. That would be my second best buck with a bow.
