Ditto. Saw 2 great bucks, including what I believe is a 150ish deer ~. 75 miles from where I'll be sitting.

I’m in, let’s do this! Heard 4 on the way in. I wasn’t using a light, so they didn’t blow. Sounded like the just walked away. Great conditions!

This day last year, I saw the target buck I was after, 140ish 10, but didn’t have a shot. This day two years ago, I put a tag on my first bow buck. Getting a late start but, it’s a start.

35 and feeling quite warm. Missing the crunch without the frost, gotta pay attention.

Already hearing gun shots and they ain't MZ. Only legal animals would be squirrel or yote.

Grace and I are in. Saw a bunch on the road coming in today. Moon set at 0530. Beautiful blood red moon set, but sadly I think that means deer will bed till 9-10. We bumped two on the way in but we were downwind and they just walked away. Beautiful 35 degree morning. Good luck everyone.

Thank you to all Veterans today! I thank you for all the sacrifices you have made being away from family, tours over seas, injuries and the mental stress. I live free because others kept me, my family and my country safe.

I’m in the stand! Stayed close to home with the snow rolling in but I’ll play everything by ear. Let’s do this!!! 3AB31E85-8F65-42C9-BD91-D07FD2397C91.jpeg

The time is now, blood will be spilled this morning! Good luck to everyone that is out on the fine morning! I may make it out on Friday morning to see and hear what’s going on in the deer woods on Michigan’s opening day of gun season, and also to try to fill my last doe tag.

Also, to all of the Veterans on the LFTS and beyond thank you for your service and sacrificing everything you’ve ever know to keep our country safe!

I've been in for an hour now. All quiet here. Overcast with very little wind 38 degrees. Good luck. Brown down from this stand the property owner hates deer " damn deer can't even have a garden they come in and eat everything at night and nobody hunts like they used to". I'm here to help.

Good luck today guys. I won't be able to get out my daughter's going in for surgery shortly. Seems to be a minor thing but you never know.
