Two dink bucks so far. One was in spear range. The rain can stop anytime now, I’m good.

Good luck everyone who’s out. I’ll be out in the afternoon. On my way to the department of labor for a seminar. There going to teach me how to kill deer.

Did I miss anything? 687 posts since 11/4 so I’m guessing somebody killed a good one. I’m in a tree all day. Took off work. Conditions are too good but only a fork so far.

Just had about 10 Jakes and 3 longbeards at 20 yards. That was cool. Still no deer tho. That's not cool.

If I had 3 buck tags this damn spike would be dead too . In today’s world maybe he identifies as a doe??

Just had a 110ish 8 point browsing at 35. Browsed straight in, turned around and browsed away. No shot. Tried to grunt him back but my efffing reed froze up and ended up sounding like a cross between a dying rabbit and a queef...

So the big question guys, tomorrow I get to hunt all day. Should I go back after that monster, or go to the family farm of 200 acres? Pretty sure holt hit the nail on the head and that spot I bumped that giant out of is his core area. Only thing is that sometimes goes out the window during rut.
