Atleast they are precooked, but I think that might be cheating just a bit.

Three times in one week. This has been my best and worst year hunting. I’ve never had a year where there I’ve seen 3 bucks I’d like to shoot. But I can’t seem to get it done.

Well, as usual the long term forecast on models not holding into the short range. Looks like winds will be gusty to start my rutcation, but they still have the easterly direction which is all I need.

Doesn't really matter, I'm hunting regardless. Rain won't even deter me, I'll sit in the vox blind and use the crossbow and be very selective on shot selection.

3 grueling days of work. Kinda nice the time change has already happened. Usually have to deal with it when hunting.

Saw that decent 8 come out. He probably goes around 120". I'd like to pass on him. I know there are a couple larger bucks around there. So, he gets a pass...until December. The property will likely be sold in the next year and be split, developed, and wrecked. Makes me sad. Saw a few other small bucks. A couple of them were chasing does through the bean field.

Eyes and nose not pink. I'd call it a white deer. Not a true albino and not the traditional piebald.

    Would be legal here.

Saw nothing this morning... tonight in the corner of the field, I watch an almost shooter hanging with a doe and following her like a puppy... they eventually walked into the woods

20 minutes later I watched two small bucks, a 1 1/2 and a 2 1/2 spar for a little and then look back and a big doe came out and passed them and they followed her... by that time is was past legal light as they walked 30 yards past me

This all took place behind my house and I observed from the great room and ultimately outside next to the barn

I didn't hunt this afternoon "officially" as I went to my parents to watch the Bills game with my Dad, (not sure how many I will have left to watch with him) and got back home about 45 minutes before sunset

4 point was it for tonight. Took a gamble on this stand. Never have seen a good buck from it over past 4 years. Time to move it to a better spot. Not out there for dinks!

That's what it was doing to me earlier today with the pics. The app actually froze on me too, I had to turn off my phone to clear it.

Well it gets better. That's a piebald doe with a little headgear. She has buttons. Crazy. I was covered in does, fawns and dinks. No big boys yet.

I spent a total of 3 hours (walked 2 miles) getting my stand site situated today, and 4:00AM will come fast, so my bed calls. I'll check in from the stand in the AM. It's like The Night Before Christmas, except I'll have visions of big bucks dancing in my head.
