    15 mins and I could probably find one but non resident IL tags don’t run cheap and my wife would probably take half is what is hers...

    Might press my luck another year on that! It’s crossed my mind many times.

    HERE I sit 60degrees and soaked to the skin in corner of our open hard woods 1 neighbors slashings with a cut corn feed 200 yrds away. Then next to me a pine plantation,next to that beef hay field, next to that a standing corn field. Just a few transitions here..lol

    Packing it up, I'm watching the rain marching this way from across the valley winds picking up and I'm now really chilled. Not one deer in the hay or along that corn . It rained hard all night so I don't know what's up they should be out feeding between storms. Gosh darn hot coffee and hot bath when I get home. Weather man strikes again...

    I had bucks fighting, chasing, and making scrapes since I climbed up. They have been in the thick stuff just out of range.... one is a wide 9
