    Ha! I did buddy - based on trail camera photos I thought he might break 140” but he just broke 130” but I had a good idea it was him when I shot. [​IMG]

    Thanks guys - love all the support on here! You guys have been great over the years...

    As several eluded too - I’ve taken many of members on far too long and unsuccessful track jobs over the years!

    Took MANY steps this past off season to ensure that this year and future years would be different!

    Wasn’t quite as “giant” as I had thought - but he was a target and one of two bucks that I was after this season. I’m blessed to be able to hunt a wonderful property in Indiana and tonight it all just came together... For those following along I could feel it around 6:30 - I said on here in text - this is how big deer get killed and sure enough. It happened!

    Lets get it these next 2 weeks fellas - run and gun and get it done!

    little bit of good news - I was able to save all the important docs (including the discharge papers) and a very decent portion of the photos - including all the ones from prior to 1960. In fact most of the photos from prior to 1985 were salvageable- the photo paper from then through the early 2ooos was crap and the top layer would smudge off really easy.

    Got an appointment for Friday to get a whole new system wired in. Not gonna let this happen again. That'll close the loop on this one; back to the hunts!

    Happy Halloween guys....hope to see a few halloween bucks today. I was, wasn't and now will get ready here...gotta love these every second changing forcasts. Rained all night ,NOW we are suppose to be clear until 10 a.m. Not 7a.m. So good luck guys
