I know this isn't a "live from the stand" post, but to follow up on my post from page 254 - I just got my head back from the butcher to compare to 2018's 8 pointer. I thought they were pretty close to the same size. Now I see that 2018's deer can fit inside the spread of 2019's deer!

Just had a small 4 pt come thru chasing 2 does. He was running all over the place and grunting the whole time!

Just came back thru with another buck chasing! Even smaller buck. I should have shot the doe, she was a big old girl!

This sounds like me yesterday!
I feel the same way about using the phone while on stand. I just wanted to get familiar with the app, so I can post at certain times. I hunt thick stuff, so when I see/hear a deer, it's usually already in bow range. Being ready is a must! It's when you're messing with the phone that a buck decides to venture on by.

Looks like another big cold shot coming for my first rutcation weekend as well.

Will this be the year I finally put down 3 mature deer, 2 bucks and a doe?

This thread will have the answer soon.

Now buck below me on hill where does were. What sucks is they are all walking by a set I have at bottom of hill but it’s difficult to get into in middle of the day.

2 doe and a button buck made a complete circle around me, the wind is at my back, they could smell something when out front never spooked just kept sticking their nose in the air . They finally just walked away.

if it is an arc fault breaker that could be another problem. i put them in for inspections then take the arc faults out and put in regular breakers. if it was plugged into a gfci they are now designed to self trip after a year. i have also had breakers trip during power surges during storms.
