    May pull out for a little bit, blood slowed down. Didn’t get pass through. It hit the shoulder I think. He carries the arrow a while and it has a big chunk of something on it. I’m getting blood like that out of one whole, I’d hope he’s down but may give it another hour

    Besides my 2hr sit this afternoon I ran out with 45min left and just got on the ground next to a tree which was next to a trail that the deer sometimes use. I saw a deer on that trail last night. With about 5min left I saw a deer coming down the trail. It was by itself. Probably 100lbs and bald. I started to draw at 30 yds, but then stopped. Figured if it was a BB, which it probably was, I really didnt want to shoot it cause it will be a shooter buck at some point. If it was a doe I really didnt want to shoot it, cause it seems to hang out on the property and will eventually go into estrous soon. So i let it walk. It went right by me at 3yds. Very cool to be that close.

    Final waterproof test run on this canoe before I assassinate an island buck. My son and I patched it some time ago. Yes, that is pizza cardboard underneath to check for water leaking. Hahaha. 20191028_180035.jpg
