    Had a doe come in and get behind me at about 15 yards. Guess she didn't detect anything because she never blew once she got on my walk on trail.

    I'm about to change locations and get further into some cover to be protected by this wind

    dammit just had a 130ish def shootwr come in on a line to my 7, never heard him bc the damn maples falling and he picked me off at 10 yards when i turned and he bolted. Had I been in same tree as 3 weeks ago I'd have had him broadside at 15

    Feel sick
    Don't see many like that in MI public

    2 yo came in and bedded down 15 yards from my stand. Like a bad houseguest, he just won’t leave

    I need to be careful what I wish for

    Just a little while ago I had a little bigger buck come in. I had a 28-18 yard shot maybe a cousin. Let's go with dad or Grandpa.
    6pt not legal where I am at.

    Maybe it will happen.

    Been in stand since 6:15. Saw three does earlier and had a spike track me to my tree and sniff the tree trunk. That's always cool.

    Now I just need one of the big ones to walk by.

    Cams all show small bucks, 1.5-2.5, and all nocturnal by two hours.. Definitely time to make a move up onto the hill!

    Had 14 hen and poults come through on my cleaned trails. They then went and "played in the tops of a few bass wood I dropped over each other. Interesting they had a sentry well above them and one down infront of me. Well managed group! They just went to hay field.

    Just had a 4 come in from the gully behind me. Circle around in front and go to nieghbors above me. Way spooky. Now I know how I didn't see the 12 the other day. Heads on a slow swivel . Hold on bladder!
