    Had one blow at me as I was walking out, nothing else today, it was coming in from an odd direction, may have to set another stand. Try again tomorrow.

    Well with all the shenanigans had getting to the stand it was topped off by guys over in neighbors field fueling up and moving the equipment out after shelling corn. Still woulda had about 45 mins to hour left before dark but that kinda zapped my motivation. Hadn't seen anything up to that point but guess could say kinda gave up ha.

    Good luck tho, seems like few of you have good movement tonight. I'll be back in the am. Plan is to hunt all weekend and migjt get a chance Monday afternoon then stay out until have vacation 2nd week of Nov.

    Now I got 3 more deer in the field and a skunk... Never seen a skunk while deer hunting... This hunt.

    Doe and fawn walked by, came from in front of me. Once they got 70 yards to my left, a decent buck chased them away. Looked decent, not huge...getting dark, so not a good look.

    Well, I hate to say it but my claim did not come true. I had 12 deer, 3 were bucks but not the fella I want. The 3 bucks couldn’t have been more than 2.5 year olds, one is a nice 8 that should be really nice in another year or so, if he makes it that long.
    Bonehead move of the day, left the lights on in the Jeep and it’s dead. Sitting here waiting for it to slightly recover then see what happens. I was so pumped to get in a tree I didn’t remember I had the lights on for the rain. Oh well.

    You and I must be brothers. I was so busy and tired this morning that when I got cash back from the store I just walked out of the store and didnt grab my money from the machine.
