    Back pain sucks.

I fractured T6 (compressed the vertabrae 30%) and C7 (Spinous process nearly sheared off) when I was young and dumb...motorcycle wreck.

Losing weight and building supporting muscle has kept me vertical, but v I've also I've also got a pinch in the lumbar that will lay me up for days on end every 3-6 mths.

Heat, capcasium cream, copious volumes of ibuprophen, some localized muscle massage and finding just that right position/support are my magic ticket.

    Get better Noodles.

Well fellas and ladies, I spoke with the kid that got permission to hunt one of the properties I hunt, I’ve had a run in with him before (not hunting related) and I really wanted to just blow him off but I didn’t.
He seems to have grown up some and was respectful and we talked for about 30min face to face. He’s new to hunting so I’m going to take the high road and try to guide him. He also has Tourette’s, so that was an experience, his word is “fu$&”. He says it not bad when he’s just sitting or in the woods.
Looks like I’m sharing land but if I can guide him to be a sportsman it will be a success.

I tried it both ways and while helpful both ways the superman was definitely more so...the cobra was a good warm up.

Going to start doing these first thing in the AM for the foreseeable. Definitely helped, thanks to you boTh.

    And Templeton's. And TENS.

Up coffe raisin toast and dressed. Brush teeth put on gear and heading out ...but where??? OK just a tad scared of the woods right now. Haven't been out since the storm. May play it safe at or close to garden then do a slow walk to check things out in day light. Or just go hit the oak stand . Winds good and way safer in that area. Good luck guys.

Still deciding where to go. Either sit in the stand where I got the doe Saturday. Or take the climber out and try another spot except I’m running a little behind to be fooling with the climber.good luck everyone.

I saw 3 different big bucks in bean fields on my to work this morning. They were oblivious to the head lights.

    Out seeking?

    Its time!

Good luck to all those hunting today. KILL!

Up in. 30 mins til light. Worked up way to much of a sweat on an easy walk in, can tell I'm still sick. Trying to cool down in the drizzly rain. Not much wind this am to work with. Hopefully the ozonics is a workin.

Well so far so good. Had a small six point come in and stick around for awhile. He was right in my wind so I must not smell to bad today. He also came right through where I gutted and dragged the doe out Saturday. Fog is lifting now hopefully things will pick up.

Sitting in the gully beech stand, where the doe walked my other stand sit here. So don't they now take a path between the two stands and walk right into my scent stream 2 fawn an old doe and yearling doe . Now on high alert but yearling manages to get in range. It took several minutes to have no eyes on me to draw. She was broad side at 30. Yep clean draw start to settle and she turns straight away and walks to older doe. Unsure in gusty winds they eventually walked back the way they came.
OK I have a stand there as well. Need a buck up out of gully or corn/hay to my rt.

So I'm 70 yrds off the hay field pics are pines on upper side of it and corn on lower side. The ridge along my gully swings out into a finger before dropping down hill on the other side. Taken a few buck here but that's farther into the rut and snow storms in Nov. Gun.
