I would hunt any time you can. If you think the bucks could be there now, why wait til later.

Its hunting season. It is killing time. Hunt to kill or kill to go hunting. Those are your only options FEB.

Was a full draw on what I thought was a doe. Ended up being a spike. Deer are moving had a doe and fawn behind the spike scared them away

Had a nice big bodied buck come on at low light that I'd never scene on this farm, came within 15 yds but stayed on the wrong side of the thicket. Worked down wind of me, spooked a couple steps, worked back into my shooting lane. Needed him to take 2 more steps. Casually sauntered off. Man those are the encounters that keep you coming back to bow hunting.

Cooking some breakfast, then heading to public land around 10. Going to scout my way in and try to find a good rub line to follow back. There is absolutely zero signal at this place. I know there are old bucks in there, just don’t know if they’ll participate. Good luck everybody that’s out or going out tonight.

well I gave up my opportunity to hunt the last hour or so last night to go with a buddy and knock on a door to get permission and it actually worked! its a cattle farm that is in an area LOADED with deer, only was able to do a little scouting but on our way out we saw about 10 does getting ready to cross into the property and then we drove around again this morning at first light and there were 4 or 5 leaving the property. Going to get off work a little early tomorrow to hang and hunt! Always exciting to get a new property, hopefully this can turn my season around... at the moment Joe has been more deer than me this season (no offense joe! lol)
