    From all that I've seen, I think he's a dead deer. Tough conditions to follow, but you're doing great. Keep at it. Listen and watch for scavengers. I just can't imagine with that much arrow in him and the fixed blade broadhead that he could live. The reward will be worth it.

    Keep in mind, he'll probably stay on a trail until he is just about to die and then stumble and stagger off a bit. Keep an eye out to the sides of the trail.

    I had the same thing happen last year. The buck stayed right on trails. Towards the end he wandered off and died in the creek.
