    Just got in the blind to hunt these city deer again. I'm sweating like a pig. I can't even get dressed because there are deer behind the blind already.

    Currently only used beef fat. I do it different ways so we have a variety for whatever the wife wants to cook. The leanest i did today was 6lbs of deer mixed with 1lb of fat. Anywhere from 4lbs to 1lb and 5lbs to 1lb up to what i did will work for pretty much anything you want. I didn't leave any 100% deer as i have been wanting to try more mixing for different dinners and haven't made jerky in a long time.
