    Nada...zylch...zero deer sightings today. Think his 80 acres needs left alone for awhile. Deer have went mostly nocturnal So I may have over hunted it. Put out a camera on a different property that I haven’t hunted all year but don’t have any history with today. I think my best bet is going to be to focus the rest of this season there.

    Well nothing for me tonight but I think tomorrow will be better. Not much on camera for big bucks right for me, but I'm after what looks like an older 6 point that comes frequently and more so in the morning. He's not a world beater, but I'm taking him if he comes out. But for now sitting by the fire and enjoying a peaceful evening to myself with a beer. Cheers fellas!

    Well boys haven't posted here in a while after a heart breaking end to my bow season. Had another close call during gun season that didn't pan out either. So here I am December 16th with bow in hand. Looking for a buck or doe. Supposed to be 41 today, not a cloud in the sky. Time for some treestand therapy.

    29 and FOGGY. A short sit this morning. A piliated woodpecker just stopped by. Last morning to hunt for a couple of weeks - family Christmas stuff next weekend. Cant see a deer over 80 yards away in this fog.

    There should be a prize for whomever shoots the last buck. Keep on it!

    I should be out this afternoon also

    My "woke up late be out by 8.30am" turned into finally on the stand at noon. Checked the cam, my shooter was here at 4.15am this morning so it would appear that all I missed seeing was that thick 8ish I'm letting walk anyway.
