Got a report of a nice buck pushing does in one of our fields here close to home. Was going to go duck hunting but not many ducks here. Have to go with what makes sense. I’ll have my bow in hand tomorrow with hopes of filling my final buck tag.

Sorry guys just got home. He never saw him or the doe. They either bedded in-between me and him again or they went out across the pasture. Lots of coon dogs in kennels out there and never really heard much out of them but who knows. Damn these deer..

That was rather brutal today. Never saw a deer or heard a deer. Saw one squirrel all day from the stand and as I'm walking back to the house 3 does are feeding practically in my back yard. Rub it in A holes! Lol. They hauled when they finally saw me after I'd closed 30 yards on em and got within 20. I'll be back at it tomorrow I guess. No idea what these deer are doing other than out smarting me.

My only regret sbout getting this deer tonight is that i have no excuse on missing dinner tomorrow at the in laws. Lol.

Not that the food sucks but half her family suffer some degree of hearing lose. Add in the kids yelling and running around. Drives a man to drink.

Momma is going to be driving me home for sure.

    I'm with ya E.
Saw a deer at 4:30 frolicking through the trees. Don't have any idea what it was or where it went.

That's awesome tho. I would've felt better to have seen any deer at any range. Now I'm worried my spot is burned. Or are the bucks locked down. Or are they just using a different area or I'm I losing my mind.
