    My brother in-law got the buck I passed on Veterans Day lol he did say he saw a bigger one. This is on the 45 acre farm I hunt. Heading back to the 300 acre piece tomorrow morning. The property owner said she saw “the biggest deer she’s ever seen” today in her yard lol I feel like that’s a call that means get out there, even though I’ve yet to see a shooter. Thinking maybe the kids during youth season could have stirred something up for me finally! IMG_0684.JPG

    Yea we got busy taking care of the deer friends wife shot and forgot to ask more about it. Thought bout goin to look around after couple hours and see if there was blood or a way to track it some. They kinda pushed him trying to get close for a shot, but from way they talked if it was something I shot or they did I would be looking for a deer. It's kind of a weird situation. They followed it onto the neighbors property, but he (my friend) cash rents the farm ground and then others rent out the woods to hunt. So technically we cant hunt the ground but guess in a round about way its not really trespassing to be there. I guess idk how those deals work out . The owner probably wouldn't care about someone goin in to look but like said it's kind of weird situatuon. But maybe it's not as bad, they said didn't really see blood but from way he was acting and hobbling around seemed he had been shot. Idk what to think bout it really.

    He got it. And no it’s not an outfitter lol, just the sign they made. Don’t ask me why. He was eating fruit loops in his long underwear at about noon and this guy shows up outside the window. He threw on his orange, snuck outside, and blasted him.

    Just a real nice looking deer in my opinion.
