Ham shot a buck this morning. Took off running without a blood trail.

Equipment: 13 Chevrolet Silverado @40mph. First time I've ever tapped a deer, don't want to try it again. I have a small mark and very small ding on my bumper.

    Not funny.

I've hit refresh more times today than I think with all of the buck recoveries combined in this thread.

I was wondering what was going on? Kept asking for my password and kept telling me it was wrong. I drove 100 miles this morning through Southern Illinois into Westrtn Kentucky and saw a total of 1 doe on hoof and 2 dead fork horns? What is happening out here????

alright guys thanks to an absolutely awesome manager(said i was good to burn a sick day to kill a buck) I will be back in NJ for an all day sit tomorrow! they are calling for 3-5 inches of snow on thursday so the deer should be on their feet! so pumped! Also just heard from one of the guys I wrote a letter to get permission, he is currently closing on a 140 acre farm in jersey that we should be able to hunt next year!

Depends on the kid and when you desensitize them to it. I have been hunting with and gutting deer with my oldest sense he was 2.. has never bothered him but he doesnt know any different, has seen it his whole life or all of it he can remember. My youngest is 2 and will be on the track and field dress with me this year.
