Good luck this morning gentlemen! Gonna be a cold sit this morning but the bucks should absolutely be moving. 18 degrees, windchills in single digits, snow covered ground. Can’t kill em from the house!!

yotes never touched it. we don't have enough around here to be a problem. I fear a bear getting it before a coyote.

It was priceless watching and teaching my son on the tracking job. he wanted to watch me gut it and that's when things took a turn. he was doing good until all of the blood and the gasses came out. then he started to cry. so I stopped and explained what the process is and how we get meat to the table. once he understood he stopped crying and everything was good. he said he still wants to be a hunter. I'm guaranteeing the next deer he will handle it much better. this proved my point that 7yr olds are too young to be hunting. so much to learn and understand before they start killing things. thanks for all the congrats guys. now time to get a doe. he's already asking to track the next one!

For all those guys worried about it being Nov 13th and not getting a shot at a buck yet, I placed a trail cam in a known bedding area last year. I let it run until early December. I had many daylight pics of bucks still passing through it day after day until Nov 25 or 26. They are still moving....get on them!

I agree Brett! I killed my buck on Nov 14th 2 years ago! It's not over 'til the fat lady sings. I'm just waiting for the rain to let up, then I'll be sitting until dark. It was heavy rain we got all night, so they "should" be moving today.

A big old 6 pt is my dream buck. Old and not really special rack wise...kind of like me in animal form. :)

I’ve seen a buck nose down and a doe with her twins.
Seriously considering pulling this set and hanging it 80 yards away.

    Good luck guys.
