    my hardest successful track job was on a hard quarter away shot; hit far back but ran it up into liver and offside lung; no exit. He only went about 150-200 but not much blood due to him pulling the arrow all the way out with his teeth and then intestines plugged the entry.
    Tough luck, buddy- she's dead if you can go back tomorrow in daylight.

    Pastorbigdan...I couldn't agree with you more. I feel the same way as you. One day, everything might come together for me to shoot a big mature buck...but until then, I am gonna have fun and enjoy the hunting. Any deer with a bow is a trophy in my book. And hey...that deer is gonna taste wonderful! Congrats man! I am very happy for you and I am looking to do the same next week when I get the chance at any deer (Lord willing). Good job man!
