Wow, I use them all the time on my toes, and have even stuck them to the inside of the top of my gloves. That is crazy!

Wonder if maybe it is due to them designed to work with less oxygen that they were able to get way more oxygen thus getting hotter. Still in awe....

Not as cheap, but here is what I use for keeping the core warm.

Looks like I can salvage an afternoon sit. Where I sit will be mainly dependent when I can blow this pop stand.

Endure another sit on public where they are logging and where I have seen 2 deer all season or at the home place? Normally, I have much better sightings and results on the public.

Temp has dropped ten degrees since morning, Which is awesome considering I’m still damp from this mornings rain. A few snow flakes have fallen. Wind is whipping. Cmon deer!!

Just ate lunch and recoffeed; waiting for my phone to charge then heading back out. I walked another 100yds deep and found 2 scrapes about 50yds apart not more than 2 days old. Relocating this afternoon!

If I took a thermos of coffee out with me it would by gone by 0930 and I'd have to pee every half hour and probably crap twice.

That being said, I've never doubled up before so maybe that's where I'm screwing up.

I have been struggling since last week at this public in KY. My neighbor asked me earlier on Tuesday if I heard any dogs? I told him no, the dogs I heard were in a pen? Well, he went out did his first sit today being gun opener here. He asked if I heard the dogs, I told yes. I also remember hearing them earlier this week. He said some jack leg is running deer with his dogs! He asked if I heard the horn blow, I said yes, he informed me that is how the guy gets his dogs to come back. This crap is totally illegal. My neighbor is pissed! He always gets a deer or 2 on opening day. He was confused on why I wasn’t seeing anything. Now he thinks he knows why. Total BS!!!

Well it doesnt look like ill be getting out today. The wife is really not feeling well so I'm hanging with the sick daughter, thankfully she's an easy baby, making my day very enjoyable even missing one of the best days to be in the woods, hopefully mother nature smiles on me tomorrow, assuming my wife is better...

Back on stand 2 cups of coffee and some pancakes. I’m back in the same stand as this morning no deer have passed my camera the past 24 hrs. I’m inclined to sit this stand tomorrow morning aswell. Creek / terrain seem to funnel them a little. Seems like a lot of hunts out of this but I essentially have to cross two creeks to get here with knee high rubber boots I don’t think I’m leaving a lot of scent.

It’s just a matter of are they gonna pass here today...I either see deer or I don’t but I have confidence in the spot. This time of year you just never know what’s gonna cruise through.[IMG][IMG]

    Right in front of me.

On Monday I am talking to neighbor across the street about hunting would open up another 8 acres.

I had a farmer/ property owner tell me if I see any dogs to shoot them . He didn't care for any of his neighbor's.

That was right after I had a dalmation chase a good buck by my stand. About 20 years ago
