    Good morning guys and gals, I'm set up in tree. Didn't get in as early as wanted but I'm here. Had something blowing behind me about 15 mins agi but never heard whatever it was bolt out of area so don't know. Good luck everybody, it a pretty nice morning here so hopefully be a good sit.

    Cover scent engaged ha. Have the aerosol scent and went to spray some and gust of wind came and blew it right back at me. Mouth open and all.

    Just after day break I had a little 3 pt chase a doe and her yearlying , good to see cause I haven't seen anything for 2 days. Then a nice 8 pt came by same area, to far away . He stopped but just to far away .42-43 yards . Not inside the woods. To many limbs in the way

    Im happy to report boy that the doe i shot the other eve is alive. I was gona put a shot on her again but she didn give me one. She has a nice small flesh wound and walks with a limp. She had a buck following her and i got excited and messed it all up for myself and didn get a shot.

    Back in the tree I saw a couple Chase's last night right before dark. I'm on a narrow ridge b/t a steep ravine and a huge crp field.
