I wouldn't pull a Mike, you'd never know it happened. I'd pull a Shane and be high as a kite

washing all my gear, packing tomorrow and leaving for MI 0-dark-30 Wednesday AM.
Bad news...can't find my &*^%%^$ camper keys. Worse news- camper is stored at a neighborly neighbor in the middle of Nowhere, MI. Possible good news- dad has a spare set. Mitigating news- he's old and more absent minded than me so it's 50/50 if he'll find his and if he does 50/50 if he remembers to bring them.

My solution for now- drink heavily and get everything else ready. Tomorrow look in the garage and shed in daylight. With a headache.

Hangovers make you focus. Of course its 20 percent capacity but it works 10 percent of the time. Whatever happens it's good times and memories. Lol. Good luck. Pack a tent and a 12 pack just in case.

Just got back from cutting a couple of shooting lanes at the stand I sat in tonight...in the middle of the night....during a sprinkle...so as not to alert the bedded deer nearby and hoping the rain washed my scent away. Is this over the top or completely logical? I saw 3 shooters there tonight with one being a beast. I don't think I've ever seen 3 nice bucks in Michigan in one day. Stoked.

Leaving soon. Looks like I might get 2 to 3 hours before they hit. Call me crazy. I subscribe to the motto, "when you are dumb you gotta be tough" when it comes to bow hunting. I'm not that good so I have to go for it every chance I get to hunt. :)

This is a simple little walk into this place today. Maybe 600 yds.

Van Halen + no work + coffee + bow hunting = pretty awesome

Getting ready and heading out in a few. Can't wait. Been 3 weeks since I have hunted. It's been rough. My mother-in-law passed from fighting cancer for the past five months. She was only 54 and was laid to rest yesterday. I am hunting my parents farm in Kentucky this morning and then heading back home to Arkansas this evening. Good luck to all who are out! Be safe and enjoy. Life is too short.

Good luck morning crew. I'm up, but only because my daughter gets up at 5am for some reason now. Got some stuff to do this morning. Will be out at noon.

Sitting behind n the rain thankful tor the umbrella this morning. Supposed to quit by mid morning, just like yesterday. One of the guys I'm w/ shot s little one last night. Left it lay til morning bad it started into a 200+ goldenrod field. Rumor has it that it's a contender for our annual Smallest legal buck award:) good luck and be safe. Congrats to those who got it done.
