This is the truest statement! I'm as hard on him as anyone is but as willing to help as anyone else on here too. I know it helped to have all the thoughts and opinions from everyone when my wife and I spent almost 2 days looking for the buck i shot.
Backing out is the best thing to do. Hopefully he backed out soon enough.

Maybe, but at $225 for an archery tag and $225 for a gun tag MO isn't that cheap.

My non-resident tag in Kentucky is WAY less expensive.

Even my Arkansas non-resident tag was less expensive at $360.

Still, it's worth every penny. Next year I'll be able to buy resident tags.

Lol, do you only hunt non-res? I thought you lived in KY before the switch to MO?

50 hours 12 minutes left until November.

I have yet to have my first hunt where at any moment a shooter could appear.

That changes a half hour before sunrise Friday morning.

I've never been fortunate enough to hunt big buck states like that.

    Yet....

Actually I lived in Tennessee before this move.

I always bought three non-resident tags; Kentucky, Missouri and Arkansas.

Have to love insurance companies, always making people jump through the hoops, because thats the last thing a family needs to deal with when stressed about a loved ones health...smh...happy the insurance company finally is working with your family for your boys sake. Sending some positive thoughts, energy and prayers....

Chief, weren't you running a Tactacam this year? Have you used it at all? Anyone else try one?

Wow, it was one hell of a Monday on here! Had safety meetings all day at work and then basketball practice, finally got on to check the thread this evening. Congrats to all you killers today! Looks like the bucks are getting on their feet and it’s just starting to get good!

VS-congrats on a great buck and an awesome early season, hard earned and well deserved! Sending thoughts and prayers for you and your family! Glad to hear that the insurance jerks are finally working with you guys on helping to get the treatment that your son needs.

I'm gone next year for for sure. Either MI, IN, WI, or MO. Outside chance of VA. Just depends on the jobs (me and ol' lady.)

Pritzger is gonna kill property values. I gotta get out while I can. I've made some dumbass financial decisions in my life, but buying in IL the second time was probably the worst.

sorry, better for the RANT thread. Back to killing deers and crushing beers.

That dark blood looks like coughed up coagulated and arterial to me- not muscle at all. Too oxygenated.
