    I’m set up in a travel corridor between a couple bedding areas and some corn fields. Normally I can see what’s going on in the corn fields but everything is still so green. Wind is light but swirling
    Congrats to the guys who punched tags yesterday. It made and otherwise raining day more tolerable.

    Going to be rainy most of the day here then wind is supposed to start howling. In other words, the opposite of good kayaking or tree weather.

    Bumped 1 in the plot, no idea what it was. Did a couple soft contact calls hoping it would circle back around. As soon as i sat down, the rain started. No biggie, its suppose to pass quickly....hour later its raining harder and wind is now picking up.....im out!

    I like to sautee them in butter with diced shallots. From there you can go a few ways, deglaze with white wine add heavy cream and make a sauce or you can just add eggs and make a omelet.

    7 or 8pt Snuck up behind me I turned my head looked right at me at 730. Trotted off was at about 5yds. 15 minutes later 4pt came same way. He got a pass today.

    Front passed about 15 mins ago. Hopefully they moving. One of the biggest scrapes I've ever seen appeared in the last week 35 yards away from me.
